Zoning, and creating isolated security communities provides a flexible, layered security approach. The zones can be created based on endpoint identity, IP address, user identity or port.

How it works:
Security zones can be created, moved or modified without needing to physically reconfigure the network, all from one central EpiForce Administrator's Console. The policy-based encryption of data in motion secures the communications between users, virtual machines, physical servers and clients based on policies set by the security administrator. It can be selectively deployed at a port level.
